Methodical research was conducted in over 25 different countries to evaluate user needs, understand process pain points, determine opportunities and validate conceptual designs. Using research to guide our design principles, our goal was to establish trust, facilitate understanding, maintain transparency, and improve ease of use.

The Result:

One year later, the solution processes over 1 billion USD in transactions, simplifying the user experience of complex processes such as ordering and tracking aircraft repairs, managing in flight connectivity services, and configuring critical software for aircraft platforms.
